background information

Here are tables of helpliner and product codes. (insert link to these intranet documents here)
useful for comparing more than one dataset at a time, for example the number of helpdesk calls fielded by each helpliner by logtype. The total height of the bars is the total number of calls logged - each bar in the stack is either the number of FWSS, ICSS or unknown logs.
useful for comparing the variance between values in one dataset, such as the number of ICSS calls logged by each helpliner. This is especially pertinent as it demonstrates wide variance in performance among employees, lighting both those in need of training, and those in need of a bonus.
useful for comparing relative size of multiple datasets, such as the total number of calls logged by each helpliner.
useful for comparing absolute size of multiple datasets, such as the total number of calls logged by each helpliner.
