Pre-paid hours
Save time and money with our pre-paid hours. Discounted hourly rates are available if the hours are purchased in advance!
Pre-paid hours can be used for any hourly service we provide, including general IT support, and also including web development, software development, consulting etc.
The discount is up to 10% off our standard price.
Pre-paid hours are available in blocks of either 1, 2, 5, 10 or 20 hours. Block sizes of days or weeks - with an even larger discount - are also possible, please contact us for details.
Each block of time purchased includes:
- the specified quantity of hours
- a response time (selected by you during purchase)
- a timesheet showing hours used and unused
- no expiry or renewal date
Pre-paid hours let you "roll your own" service contract to suit your business. Except, unlike a traditional service contract, pre-paid hours only renew when you choose!
Don't want pay-as-you-go? Please consider a service contract. For project work, we also accept a deposit and milestone payments - please enquire if this suits you better.
