Q: How do I join?
A: To participate in the referral program, all you need to do is refer a sale. There is no fee to pay, or form to fill in.
Q: I'm a customer already, can I participate?
A: Yes!
Q: How do I refer a sale?
A: There are three ways to refer a sale:
- The best way is to give your lead's contact details to us - this way, we know that you referred the sale.
- You can simply give your lead our contact details - if they are a new customer, we'll ask them where they heard about us.
- You can also use one of our promotional tools.
Q: What can I sell?
A: You can promote any of our products and services.
Q: What will I earn?
A: We'll credit you 20% of the total value of each sale you refer. This means that if the sale you refer is worth £100, you'll earn 20 credits.
Q: When do I receive my credits?
A: Credits will be automatically added to your account when payment for the sale you referred is received by us.
Q: What if I don't currently have an account with you?
A: That's OK, we'll make one for you. It's free, and has no obligations attached.
Q: Do you pay commissions in cash?
A: Sorry, but no, we don't. Commissions are only paid in credits.

Q: Will you provide marketing material to me?
A: Yes, if you join our Resellers' mailing list.
Q: Can I sell an unbranded product, and you never contact my customer?
