Q: How much will my traffic increase, after being listed?
A: That depends on your website. The primary purpose of this exchange is to provide web-crawling robots (search engine spiders) with a route to the sites listed. Once the major robots have found and indexed your site, this job is done; web surfers the world over should be able to locate your site without difficulty, by using their favourite search engine. The secondary function of the exchange will then come into play; this allows surfers visiting participating sites to visit each of the other sites listed (since they all have the link back to the exchange on their homepage). This will give traffic to participating sites an additional boost. However, how much, exactly, extra traffic is impossible to determine in advance.
