FTP5 / VPS Node Reboots 00:01 GMT – 02:00 GMT

We will be rebooting the server FTP 5 and some of the VPS nodes tonight for an important security upgrade, this will cause accounts on FTP 5 or a VPS servers to go offline for a short time while we reboot them.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused but these are important updates to have the servers run safely and securely.

Fusion (FTP4) SSL Certificate renewal

We have renewed the SSL certificate for our Fusion (FTP4) server so your FTP and E-mail clients may pick up on this and bring up a warning letting you know the certificate has changed. Please tick ‘always accept’ or ‘always trust’ if available which should prevent this warning from appearing again for another year.
