If you're seeking to get the most from your website, this service is for you. We'll analyse your site, using more than 40 criteria, and determine the ways it could be improved. We'll send you a report, and an estimate of our fee. When you give the OK, we'll go ahead and fix your site.

Our criteria cover the following areas:

We guarantee your site will be more useful, attractive, and intuitive after we've finished with it. We can't make guarantees as to your traffic levels, as that is ultimately up to you. What we can do is give you an itemised report which details the ways in which your site has been changed, so that its chances of attracting and retaining traffic are maximised. Please note our careful wording. We cannot guarantee that you'll get more visitors, or that you'll get a certain ranking in the search results, or that you'll get more sales. What we can guarantee is that the changes we make are very comprehensive, and that they will improve your site.

* Our free site analysis will pick up almost everything, however one or two items will need to wait until we have access to your site's sourcecode. These items will be included in your report with a status of "unknown".

A guide to our fees

For larger projects, we usually create a design specification, and then cost each item. This provides us with a solid development plan, and you with a fixed price. Modifications to the specification, once agreed, are charged at the hourly rate (see below).

For small projects and ad-hoc work, we charge an hourly rate, which is determined by the total number of computers in your office, as follows:

• If we are unable to estimate the total number of computers in your office, the Enterprise rate may be charged.
• Individuals and charities are usually charged the SOHO rate. Discounts may be available for larger projects.
• If you request work that is to be completed within three (3) working days, an Emergency Coding Fee of £40 may be charged.
• We bill in half-hour intervals - this means, for example, that you won't need to pay for a full hour if you only use 15 minutes.
• Our minimum charge is 1 hour.
