e-payment rewards

Early Bird rewards  :: e-payment rewards  :: referral program  :: credits scheme

e-payment rewards are our way of saying 'thank you' to customers who pay electronically. Electronic payments are easier to manage, and simplify the running of our business.

So, if your payment is made electronically, either by BACS or EFT, then we will credit 2.5% of the value of that invoice to your account. When you next make a purchase, any positive balance in your account will be deducted from the invoice total.

For example, if your payment against a £1000-pound invoice was made electronically, then you'll earn 25 credits. When you make your next purchase, you'll get £25 off, because you can use your credits to pay.

Q: Do cash, cheques, postal orders, or wire transfers (such as Western Union) qualify as electronic payment?
A: No. For the purposes of this reward scheme, to qualify for credits, your payment must appear in our bank account with no action on our part.

Q: Do credit card payments qualify as electronic payment?
A: No, unfortunately we must pay processing fees on credit card transactions and thus cannot offer an electronic payment reward in this case.

Q: Does a part-payment qualify for credits?
A: Yes, on the condition that the rest of the payment, when it is made, is also made electronically.

Q: Which products and services are excluded from this scheme?
A: Payments towards monthly onsite service contracts do not earn e-payment rewards.

Q: Where can I find more details about the Blazingfibre credits system?
A: The credits FAQ may be of interest.
